Daily confirmations
Confirm the appointments you're attending today so your agency knows you're ready to go.

What daily confirmations are for
Daily confirmations are a quick morning check between you and your agency. By confirming, you’re telling the scheduling team:
- You’re aware of every appointment scheduled for the day.
- You plan to attend all of them.
This gives schedulers confidence that the day is set, so they can focus on filling any gaps elsewhere rather than chasing interpreters about whether they remember their assignments. It’s also a chance for you to catch any surprises — an appointment you forgot about, a time you didn’t realize was a conflict, a location farther than you thought.
When the screen appears
The daily confirmations screen opens automatically the first time you launch the Fluent app on a day you have appointments. You’ll also receive a daily confirmations notification in the morning that opens the screen directly.
If you dismiss the screen without confirming, it doesn’t go away — it moves to the top of your Notifications page in its own daily confirmations grouping. Tap it from there to reopen and confirm.
The idea is for you to confirm as soon as you see the screen, but Fluent doesn’t force the issue.
Confirming
The screen shows every appointment scheduled for today, with the time, language, service type, and customer for each one. Review the list, then tap to confirm.
One tap confirms all of your appointments for the day. There’s no per-appointment confirmation — when you confirm, you’re confirming the full day.
Once you confirm, your agency’s schedulers see a green checkmark next to each appointment in their view, so they know at a glance who has and hasn’t confirmed.
What happens when a new same-day request comes in
If you accept a new request for an appointment later the same day, the daily confirmations screen will reopen with the new appointment shown alongside your existing ones.
This gives you a chance to visually check for conflicts and confirm — in context — that you can attend everything. If something doesn’t fit, you’ll see it right away.
If you can’t take an appointment
If something comes up and you can’t attend an appointment scheduled for today, tap Need Help on the daily confirmations screen. A dialog appears with your agency’s scheduling team phone number — call directly to let them know.
There’s no in-app way to release a same-day appointment. Same-day changes need a real person on the other end of the line.
