Getting to know Fluent
An introduction to Fluent — the modern operating system for interpreter services.
What is Fluent?
Fluent is a platform built specifically for interpreter service providers. It brings scheduling, interpreter management, reporting, and (soon) billing and compliance into one system — replacing the patchwork of spreadsheets, calendars, and manual coordination that most agencies run on today.
Who is Fluent for?
Fluent serves three types of users:
- Language Service Providers (LSPs) — Agencies that coordinate interpreter services across multiple clients
- Interpreters — Independent contractors or staff who provide interpretation services
- Organizations — Healthcare facilities, schools, courts, and other entities that need language access services
