Notes for interpreters [Confirm in product]
If you’re an interpreter user, you may have two “profiles”:
- User profile: account + login identity
- Interpreter profile: languages, services, compliance docs, rates, etc.
If you don’t see a field you expect (e.g., languages), it may live in the Interpreter section.
Troubleshooting
I can’t edit my email or name
- If your workspace uses SSO, these values may be managed by your identity provider.
- Your admin may have restricted edits for certain fields.
My updates aren’t showing everywhere
- Some pages cache profile details briefly—refresh the page.
- If the workspace uses multiple systems (e.g., HRIS or identity sync), changes may take time. [Confirm in product]
