Confirmation request timing improvements

We’ve updated how confirmation request timing works to be more intuitive:

  • 7 AM day-before reminders now respect the interpreter’s time zone
  • 2-hour-before reminders correctly handle overnight appointments
  • Quiet hours prevent notifications between 9 PM and 7 AM by default
  • New timing preview in appointment details shows when reminders will send

Invoice status sync with QuickBooks

  • See sync status directly on invoices
  • Clear error messages when sync fails
  • One-click retry for failed syncs

Enhanced interpreter matching

Finding the right interpreter is now faster and smarter:

  • Distance sorting for in-person appointments shows travel time estimates
  • Credential filtering highlights interpreters missing required qualifications
  • Availability preview shows upcoming conflicts without leaving the assign modal
  • Recent history indicates interpreters who’ve worked with this customer before

Mobile app check-in improvements

Interpreters can now:

  • Check in up to 15 minutes early
  • See customer contact info during check-in
  • Add arrival notes visible to schedulers
  • Take photos for proof of attendance (optional)

Bulk appointment operations

Manage multiple appointments at once:

  • Select multiple appointments from the list view
  • Bulk assign, offer, or cancel
  • Bulk update status
