Interpreter availability
Web app
- Interpreters can now set recurring weekly availability — the scheduling team can see when interpreters are available without having to ask

Web app
- Reports page now supports drill-down filtering — click any item below a chart to filter by it instead of using the filter menu
- New calendar sidebar on day/week/month views showing counts for top customers, appointments by team, top interpreters, and top languages — click any to filter
- Team page now highlights invited users to distinguish them from active users
- Fixed a bug where certain notifications weren’t being sent

Mobile app
- Interpreters can now check in to video and phone appointments, updating the status to “checked in” so the scheduling team knows you’re ready
- Updated the dashboard widgets to better handle time tracking for video and phone appointments
- Added reminder notifications: 10 minutes before to check in, 5 minutes before to mark arrived (in-person), and 30 minutes after scheduled end time to submit your voucher — via push notification and email
- Fixed a bug where certain notifications weren’t being sent
