Our story
Fluent started as a passion project—and it still is. We built it because the language services industry has been stuck with outdated tools for too long, and we believe it deserves a modern platform.
Our team has nearly 30 years of experience running interpreter operations. We've lived the day-to-day: scheduling across languages, coordinating interpreters, meeting compliance requirements, and making billing/payroll match what actually happened. We tried existing systems. Some parts worked, but none covered the full workflow end-to-end in a way that felt modern, reliable, and built for how this work actually runs.
So we built what we wanted to use—and kept building. We're excited to create an industry-leading platform that solves the real problems agencies and organizations deal with every week.
